On May 28th, the China Information and Communication Research Institute's Stability Guarantee Laboratory held a 'Agent Reliable Operation Theme Salon' and officially released two standard achievements, the 'Agent Reliability Capability Requirements' and the 'Cloud Agent Benchmark Measurement Model'. Youyun Shuzhi, as a member unit of the stability laboratory, attended the meeting, and Yao Ning, the vice president and CTO of the company, participated in the writing of the two standards as a technical expert in system stability of the laboratory.

Currently, AI Agents centered on large language models are accelerating from “capability validation” toward real industrial operation. While capabilities such as autonomous reasoning, dynamic tool invocation, and multi-step task execution continue to make breakthroughs, the industry is also beginning to see concentrated exposure of issues such as context instability, toolchain anomalies, multi-Agent collaboration conflicts, and uncontrollable operating costs. More and more enterprises are finding that once AI truly enters production systems, “being able to generate” does not mean “being able to run stably.” The Agent Reliability Capability Requirements released this time systematically proposes, for the first time, a capability framework and tiered requirements for reliable Agent operation; the Cloud Agent Benchmark Measurement Model further establishes a quantifiable Agent reliability evaluation method, providing a unified baseline for enterprises to build “trustworthy, reliable, and controllable” agent systems.

As an enterprise long focused on AI infrastructure and system intelligence, Youyun Digital Intelligence has in recent years continued to advance a full-chain capability layout spanning “computing power–data–agent,” and has engaged in deep practice around private AI systems, industry agents, multi-Agent collaborative operation, and compute-network integration. The company believes that the core of competition in the next phase of the AI industry will no longer be single-model capability, but the continuous operation capability, collaboration capability, and system stability of agents in complex business environments. Especially in highly complex scenarios such as government affairs, energy, manufacturing, and finance, Agent systems must possess system-level capabilities such as stable reasoning, long-term memory, task collaboration, exception recovery, and operational monitoring, so that industry intelligence can truly have a foundation for large-scale deployment.

It is worth noting that as Agents begin to enter enterprises’ core business systems, “reliable operation” is becoming a new critical infrastructure capability for the AI industry. The release of these two standards also means that the industry has begun to move further from “competition in model capabilities” toward “competition in system operation capabilities.” Under this trend, YouCloud Digital Intelligence is continuing to participate in the development of the national standards system. At present, as a major member unit of the drafting group, the company has participated in the formulation of three national standards: Basic Requirements for Cloud Computing Data Centers (Plan No.: 20250461-T-469), Technical Requirements for Green Computing Power Infrastructure (Plan No.: 20251288-T-469), and Technical Requirements for Online Monitoring of Energy Consumption of Computing Power Infrastructure (Plan No.: 20256250-Z-469), further promoting the industry-wide and standardized evolution of AI infrastructure, green computing power, and system intelligence capability systems.
